On the campingsite there is a barrel free for you to use  
    When you smoke the fish , just do like this :  
    1. Fill the barrel with c:a 10cm  juniper
        (  You find it on the camping ! )
    2. Put the bars in place
    3. Put the slightly salted fish on the bars 
    4. Put the cover on the barrel and start the fire under the barrel
    5. You must keep the fire alive about 1 hour for 1 kg fish
    6. Let the barrel get cold before you open the cover
    7. Take the fish away and taste it !  Enjoy !
